When is this?
After sending out a survey and looking at what worked best for the most people, the weekend of July 25–28, 2024 was chosen. There is no rigid schedule — if you can only make it for 1 day, 3 days, or all of them, you are welcome to do that.
How much will it cost?
There will be no cost, or maybe some. If there is any it will go towards shuttles/buses or anything that requires the whole group to chip in — that is it.
Is there a hotel?
You can stay for 1 night or more, and anywhere you wish — friends, family, or another hotel. Most of the group will be staying at the Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row at the group rate. Book online or call 502-977-4585 with plan code BXYSER.
